Car Audio Warehouse

Always a great experience coming here. I enjoy doing my own diy projects upgrading my sound systems on my vehicles and this place is great, they always give suggestions and opinions without pushing up charges, installations, and extra things. Very straight to the point every time. Not only that, but their prices are the best. Every single purchase has been a great price compared to online prices.

I plan on keeping my 2012 Miata for a long, long time. Big John at Car Audio Warehouse on East 14th Street took care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. First he suggested an Alpine unit and then had it installed quickly and correctly for a fair price (including a rear facing camera). Then he showed me the settings he would use if it were his car. This part can be rather complicated. When my dashcam system needed an update recently, he was glad to help me out and did so in a timely manner. John has been doing this kind of work for decades. I consider him an expert in this the car audio and video arena AND I trust him.

I had an amazing experience at Car Audio Warehouse! The staff was super helpful and really knew their stuff. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my car. The installation was quick, clean, and professional. Prices were fair, and the service was even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality car audio and great customer service!

Stay away from this place i called to ask a few questions they will get rude real fast..at least that was my experience with John the owner of this establishment.. he created a mess on my vehicle broke several door tabs and clips on my vehicle he tapped directly into my system splicing and cutting wires instead of using the plug and play universal wiring harness I payed for. The head-unit was 700 at his place and $400 everywhere else. Yet I still chose to pay the markup to support the establishment. In return I was lied to and robbed

Ok so I have to edit my review. I was having some trouble with my new stereo system and went back to get it fixed. I found out the one year warranty was from the manufacturer, but they were happy to help fix my problem and I was back on my way listening to my music. The staff was very helpful, which is important when your not sure where to start to get something fixed. I had a problem with my AUX button and it was driving me crazy not being able to plug in my phone. They told me the only way to fix it to install new stereo. So I bought a new one and had them install. More to come. I felt the price was a little high, but considering there aren't many place that do this work, I was glad to find a place to get it fixed. So it's all relative. I'll write later to let you know how the stereo sounds.
